960 Grid System
The visual design of this website takes inspiration from the 960 Grid System, and the 960 Grid System templates were used to create mockups. This site does not make use of any HTML or CSS frameworks or templates — 960 Grid System or otherwise — and all code was written for this website by the author, Greg Waterhouse.
Daring Fireball – HTML Footnotes
John Gruber created a neat and effective method for creating footnotes in HTML content; I have used a similar method for the references on this website.
